Issue Position

Public education has long been a source of pride for Minnesota. However, public education has recently fallen from the list of priorities for our state. It has even been used as a source of funding for other purposes. This is unacceptable. I will work tirelessly to support public education funding at all levels, from early child hood development to higher education. This issue is absolutely imperitive, not just for today's students, but also for Minnesota to produce a talented, highly-skilled workforce for the 21st century.
